John Brown Publishing commissioned us to manage responses from an insertion survey for the free in-branch Sense magazine distributed in the Royal Bank of Scotland and Natwest across the UK.
A short survey was inserted in the centre pages of the magazine which could easily be detached and sealed for return to our freepost address.
Dipsticks managed the return, data input and handling of over 10,000 responses throughout February 2009.
